SHINE - Serving the Health Insurance Needs of Everyone

The SHINE Program provides free health insurance information, counseling, and assistance to people who are eligible for Medicare and their caregivers.

Adult Protective Services

Adult Protective Service is here to investigate and intervene, offering support to those in need. APS addresses various forms of abuse to ensure the safety and well-being of the older adults in our community.

Care Continuum

The Home Care Program provides care management, coordination, advocacy, education, and in-home and community supports for people with disabilities, adults 60+, and under 60 with Alzheimer’s or related dementia.
